Due to various costs involved to process returned orders, such as restocking/manual processing/banking fees, etc. returned orders due to invalid or insufficient addresses are only eligible for 50% refund on the product cost and shipping fees are unrefundable.

4. Delivery Confirmation Policy

   Because a variety of instances beyond our control may occur at your shipping address, customers agree that any delivery confirmation (even those that don't include a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder.

5. International Orders.

   While we deliver to almost every country in the world, it is the customer's responsibility to know the legality of the products ordered in their country. Shipping and handling charges on orders returned by customs, or refused by customers, are not refundable. 25% restocking fees also apply for refused orders.

7. Return Policy

   If you should decide ThermothinPlus™ is not for you, simply cancel your order by phone, fax or Email and return the unused portion within 14 days* of the placement of your trial order and you will only be billed for shipping and handling, otherwise the charges are unrefundable. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) along with the correct return address so you may return the sealed product to us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER OR WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT.

   Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (e.g. Trial Charge).

   Refunds will be given only on unopened products returned within 60 days of order placement and a 25% restocking fee applies.
